Culinary Advisors is a professional foodservice design and consulting firm. We work with architects or owners as a member of their design team, assisting with the planning of commercial foodservice facilities. We provide a full range of servicesincluding the development of foodservice concepts, space planning and programming, design development, preparation of drawings, details and specifications for soliciting bids, and inspection of the finished installation.

Culinary Advisors is a recognized consulting firm with a depth of experience in design and an understanding of foodservice operations. We have worked for major architectural firms, private  companies, and government organizations on a wide range of projects.

We were founded to serve our clients and the design industry in a way that no other firm has done in the past. By combining cutting edge computer technology with design expertise, we can offer you services that are cost-effective and of the highest quality. Our "virtual" office consists of several offices with shared financial and human resources. This allows us to cover a larger geographical area and be closer to where you are. We network over persistent high-speed internet connections, and use the same software used by our clients. Simply put, we designed our business to meet your needs.

Our Services  Culinary Advisors is, principally, a foodservice facilities planning and design firm. Our primary services are focused on the foodservice physical plant. Typical projects include: 

facility programming,
schematic planning,
development of contract documents,
and
services during construction.

Specialized services, however, are often required, even as we carry out a typical project. These specialized services are tailored to meet specific project requirements. They might include such efforts as: 

facility master planning,
existing equipment inventories, surveys and evaluations,
design options evaluations,
 

and similar services. 

Adjunct Staff  Our projects, from time to time, require services beyond our acknowledged range of expertise. Rather than learn new skills at some risk to a client’s project and expense, Culinary Advisors has, since its inception, maintained an Adjunct Staff. We have established and ongoing working relationships with other firms and specialists so as to allow us to provide our clients a full range of foodservice-related consulting services in a completely professional and cost-efficient manner. All members of our Adjunct Staff are successful consulting professionals, successful foodservice operators, or recognized culinarians. 

Working with these professionals, Culinary Advisors can provide to our clients, in a totally seamless fashion, a broad range of additional services. Typical of these services are: 

Foodservice operations evaluations and audits,
Foodservice Concept Development (Commercial and Non-Commercial)

Development of Specifications, and Request for Proposal for contract foodservice operations.
