Bonnie Zietlow is one of three partners who founded Culinary Advisors in 1993. Her design career began in 1977 at one of the largest foodservice consulting firms in the United States where over a period of 11 years she rose from draftsperson to Senior Designer. During that time she planned and designed over 120 projects that included hospitals, senior living, hotels, corporate cafeterias, restaurants, clubs and central commissaries. From 1989 to 1993, as director of healthcare design with a major food management company, she designed over 50 healthcare projects. One of the largest was a master plan and design for the state of Virginia’s fourteen healthcare facilities serving the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation. By converting the foodservice to a cook-chill-retherm system, the State realized a savings of $5,000,000 each year. Under the Culinary Advisors banner she has designed over 170 projects. Ms. Zietlow brings her knowledge and wide range of experience to every design and every client.
